A ruling by the College of Human Rights in a case of a caravan dweller against the municipality Nijmegen. That municipality has her in April 2015 ordered to leave a pitch at a trailer park. She wanted to take over that place from her parents, but this is denied because her partner has criminal antecedents. The Board sees no discrimination in this because this policy also applies to other neighbourhoods Nijmegen applies and not at all caravan camps in Nijmegen is performed.
