A decision of the Board for the Protection of Human Rights in a case of a candidate with a Russian-sounding name in November 2014 was rejected as a security supervisor in Schiedam. He had a week later submitted an application under Dutch nepnaam. In the Dutch name of the security company suddenly had some interest. The Board proposes that the security company could not demonstrate that it has not discriminated against and therefore is guilty of making unlawful discrimination on grounds of race.
