In a second ruling by the Equal Treatment Commission today, a Taiwanese woman gets right in her complaints about the Ministry of Justice. In this long-running case, the woman in 2007 discriminated against on grounds of her race and 2010 discriminatory treated in a performance. She won a case before the court Assen. A supervisor found that the woman was not functioning properly by her accent.
