The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in a case of a Muslim woman who december 2015 was fired because she wanted to wear a headscarf from her religion on her work in a hotel in Wageningen. The management does not want the staff makes their faith visible within the company. The Board sees no justification or exception to this attitude and suggests that women are discriminated against on grounds of religion.
