The children's court Breda gives a fourteen-year-old student from Oosterhout (North Brabant) a community service because he made discriminatory statements at his school in Oosterhout. In the period of November 2011 until June 2012 he incited hatred, violence and discrimination against people of African-Dutch and Antillean descent. For example, in front of his fellow students he scolded someone for “kankerneger”.
