The Board for the Protection of Human Rights assesses a complaint against a youth foundation from Utrecht. Those sacked in late September 2014 a gay employee who had a relationship with a supervisor on the shop floor. The Board states that there is no discrimination by the dismissal and the treatment of the situation. There were other reasons why heterosexual counterparts, who also had a relationship, are not dismissed. Or has a regional manager discriminatory remarks about homosexuality worker.
