A Muslim man with a beard applies for a job at an employment agency today Ridderkerk for a position at a cheese packaging company. The employment agency has talks with him today and tomorrow in which they say his beard is too long to comply with hygiene regulations. Shortly afterwards, the man is employed by the packing company through another employment agency. He then files a discrimination complaint against the first employment agency.
