The Board for the Protection of Human Rights states that from the Ministry of Social Affairs Den Haag no prohibited distinction on grounds of race by cutting a state pension of a man for years that he was not living in the Netherlands. The man was born in Indonesia when it was still under Dutch East Indies, but lived there until 1965, when for years no longer belonged to Netherlands.
