The Equal Treatment Commission determines that a school Utrecht a Spanish-Dutch student has not discriminated against by placing her in a class for pupils for whom Dutch is not their native language. She felt discriminated against by virtue of its origin. The school claimed that she had been placed in the class because of her dyslexia.
