A man from Groningen appears there in court for insult and rebellion in it January 2017. He then scolded someone for: “Kankerlijer, NSB'is, racist and traitor” and insulted a police officer with: “dirty black, go back to Africa“. He resisted the police officers with violence and threats by kicking. He will be jailed for three weeks, but will appeal. That should be in January 2018.
