A newspaper reports that a neighborhood newspaper in Nieuwmarktbuurt in Amsterdam discredited been hit by placing its cover caricatures of East Asians with balloons where the 'R’ replaced by an "L". This is wrong in Chinese residents. The district newspaper received a dozen complaints and even a threatening email. A neighbor went to a discrimination hotline.
