A company from Amsterdam rejects an applicant of Afghan descent because Dutch is not his mother tongue. The company is an internationally operating legal publishing house. The Afghan man indicates that he has a bachelor's degree in Law and has mastered the Dutch language at an academic level. He submits a complaint to the Human Rights Board, die in april 2017 makes a decision.
