A concierge is on a school in Utrecht a collision with difficult Moroccan-Dutch student doing something wrong. The caretaker says something along the lines of: “Ja, and all Moroccans also certainly lie?”. To this he gets fired because of an unacceptable and discriminatory remark. He finds this exaggerated and bring proceedings against his resignation. His case is heard in November.
