The news comes out that has received a 24-year old man from Katwijk TBS of a judge Den Haag because the stabbing of 15-year-old Somali asylum seeker street in Katwijk, in december 2014. The man was suffering from psychiatric disorders and stabbing a racist charge. An appeal will follow maart 2017.
