The Equal Treatment Commission sees no evidence of racial discrimination in a Hindu employee of the Interior Ministry in Den Haag. He complained that he 2010 was discriminated against by his manager who had made statements like "spotted immigrant". There were no witnesses. The employee was or discriminated against on medical grounds because he was not working compensated for treating a chronic skin disease.
