The State Council stipulates that the mayor Maastricht ten coffee shops in his city has signed up. In nine cases had a coffee three months closed because drugs were sold to non-Dutch. The coffee shop owners are unjustified closure and experienced the 'residence criterion’ (only sales to Dutch) unlawful.
