The Equal Treatment Commission determines that a car rental from Utrecht discriminated against a German by refusing him as a customer. The company accepted only as a Dutch customer to insurance reasons. After this, the company applies the policy and say they will accept all citizens of the European Union. According to the commission this may as well still cause discrimination, if a customer outside the Union reports.
