The Board for the Protection of Human Rights looks at a case of a Muslim woman who in August 2014 was rejected by a practice for plastic surgery and skin therapist, because she wears a headscarf. It is not reported in any place this happened, but they filed a complaint with the help of a hotline from Assen. The Board proposes that the woman is discriminated against on the basis of her religion.
