A 54-year old from Amsterdam sentenced on appeal to a community of thirty hours for insulting traffic during Kwakoe in Suriname Amsterdam in Southeast 2007. He said that "all those niggers should be finished" and that he "at all the niggers here 'have to listen. The man shouted that they revert to their own countries' need. He was acquitted of inciting discrimination.
