A judgment of the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights in a case of an Italian-Hindustani employee of a car dealer from Groningen. The employee feels discriminated against in various situations at work until April 2015. He indicates that he is disadvantaged compared to his native Dutch colleagues and that discriminatory comments have been made. However, the College sees no evidence for this and the man does not provide any evidence. The Board reaches an acquittal for the car dealer.
