The Board for the Protection of Human Rights sees no evidence of discrimination in a case brought by a Bosnian Muslim against his employer Hoofddorp. It is a labor dispute that 2010 tot in 2013 runs and where a manager would have made racist remarks. He would have made statements about “Fucking Arabs” and the assertion “All Eastern Europeans are thieves” would come from the manager. The Bosnian was fired after this labor dispute. The Board feels that the company is not carefully dealt with the complainant's husband and had to react when the man complained of discrimination.
