The Magistrate in Utrecht condemns a 25-year-old woman from that city to a short community service. She went in June 2010 racist rampage in a clothing store in the cathedral city with insulting slogans such as “Kankerneger, kankerzwarte, kankeraap en kankerslaaf”.
