The College of Human Rights rules on a complaint against a pharmaceutical company Haarlem that on 21 juni 2013 has fired an African woman. She then tried to file a discrimination complaint, but the company did not cooperate in this. The woman then called in help from the Brabant Zuidoost Discrimination Advice Center. So she may have worked at a branch Oss of Boxmeer. The College states that there is no evidence of discrimination. However, the employee's complaint of discrimination was handled carelessly.
