College of Human Rights sees insufficient evidence of discrimination after complaint from Jamaican dark-skinned man. He says in October 2013 twice denied entry to a cafe in Groningen. He says the doorman kicked him in the crotch while arguing about this. The doorman claims that the man was not allowed in because of his behavior and that he warded off an attack from the man. The Board cannot determine exactly what happened and can therefore not demonstrate that prohibited discrimination on the basis of race has been made.
