A decision of the Board for the Protection of Human Rights on a complaint by a Muslim from Arnhem die op 20 november 2015 by the Central Agency for Asylum Seekers (COA) was rejected for a position with minors because men refuse to shake the hand. The COA is headquartered in Rijswijk. The Board proposes that the COA discriminates against women on the grounds of religion. After this response in Parliament rejected the ruling and a majority would ignore the ruling.
