A ruling by the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights about a complaint by a Moroccan-Dutch man that ended september 2016 had a conversation with an employment expert from the UWV in an unknown place. Here the labor expert would have said negative things about Moroccans “who are always fake sick”. Then the Moroccan-Dutch man became angry about this and he was evicted from the building by a security guard. The security guard would then have said that the labor expert is a racist who argues with foreigners every day. The UWV head office is located in Amsterdam. The UWV and the security guards deny these facts and the College cannot find any evidence for the allegations.
