A catering facility from Leeuwarden is cleared of a door policy discriminatory. They were blamed on 1 January 2014 a Dutch Antillean man had refused access. The Board for the Protection of Human Rights had late June 2014 held that this was discrimination. But the judge sees insufficient evidence and can not give any assurance that racial discrimination was the reason for the refusal.
