The Board for the Protection of Human Rights shall decide on the request of a company in the financial sector on its own actions. The company is assisted by lawyer Amsterdam. The Board believes that the company or its employees, who work a lot with money, may require that they are easily recognizable on camera images and their religious headgear not hindered this. The company makes it unlawful discrimination on grounds of religion by prohibiting workers with religious headwear to update certain machines. The company would be allowed to require the secured loose parts of headgear, so they can not get into the machine.
