A member of the city council of a local party Hilversum caught in the garden of his Moroccan-Dutch neighbor. The employee is aggressive and he attracts a large switchblade knife. There arises a fight in which the employee “go back to your pigsty” calls on the Moroccan. He was arrested on suspicion of threat. Moroccan neighbor thinks the employee is also the perpetrator of vandalism to cars lately. The man would be angry about a parking situation in Hilversum. A criminal case against the employee is dismissed later as inadequate can be determined what happened and thus is insufficient convincing evidence to go to court with this case.
