A ruling by the Human Rights Board on a complaint by a Moroccan-Dutch man who filed a complaint in april 2016 with two other men (with a Moroccan and an Afghan background) entry was denied to a cafe in Den Haag. All native Dutch people in their company were then allowed to enter. According to the Board, the man does not show that there is a connection between his origin or his sex and the fact that he was refused.
