An administrative judge rules on the case of a Muslim woman Amersfoort die in december 2015 a conflict got into the town hall Amersfoort. The Netherlands Institute for Human Rights ended augustus 2016 also ruling in this case. At the time, the woman got into a fight because she had to take off her headscarf for the photo on her passport. She felt treated like a terrorist. The employee of the municipality felt so threatened that the police were called. A security guard expelled the Muslim woman from the town hall and she was banned from all buildings of the municipality Amersfoort. The municipality previously declared its objection inadmissible. The judge has also found her wrong today.
