The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in a case against an American from a Dutch bank Amsterdam. End of December 2014 the bank stated that they were terminating the customer's investment within a few months because of his American nationality. The United States, have introduced a new law that forbids the act its citizens with brokers that are not registered in the US are. The bank is not registered and therefore risking heavy fines there. The American feels discriminated against on grounds of nationality. According to the College is making distinction on nationality in this case allowed because there are legitimate reasons for.
