The Equal Treatment Commission that a Muslim woman who in January 2012 was rejected as a student of a hairdressing training Utrecht discriminated against on grounds of her religion. The woman wears a headscarf, and indicated that they would not cut men. The school has been unable to disprove that she was denied only to her headscarf.
