The Court of Appeal in Den Haag speaks a right-wing extremist from the same town appeal free of committing racial discrimination. The man was 2011 sentenced for distributing large quantities of racist and anti-Semitic music on the Internet. In some texts the extremist organization was Combat 18 glorified. The Court makes two points oppose the police investigation. First, consult the accused a lawyer for his first interrogation. Secondly, the offenses were of which he suspected could not be serious enough to warrant a search and seizure of his computer. Thus, both the evidence from the computer when the statements were made by him no longer to be used as evidence, and the man was acquitted.
