Three men from Bosnia-Herzegovina with a Dutch citizen complained to the Board for the Protection of Human Rights an additional card check in November 2013 they had to undergo a soccer match in Eindhoven between PSV and Dinamo Zagreb. It was had a risk game and the men access cards that did not comply with the rules. They were closely supervised by stewards because they were in the home section, but did not look like PSV supporters and spoke a foreign language. In additional check the violation of the rules card came to light and they were turned away. They feel discriminated against and during this additional control. The Board maintains that there was no prohibited discrimination on grounds of race. However, PSV then treated insufficiently carefully their complaints about discrimination.
