A decision of the Board for the Protection of Human Rights a complaint against a company from Amsterdam dat in september 2015 a customer refused because they do not speak Dutch. The company refuses its services (advice on mortgages) in English to provide and also refused an interpreter for the customer. The Board states that there is discrimination on grounds of race, by refusing an interpreter. Not offering services in English does not discriminate.
