A decision by the College voor de Human Rights in a case of an American-Dutch woman with a Norwegian mother. She heard up 9 december 2015 from the UWV (Headquartered in Amsterdam has) that her unemployment benefit would be stopped if she started providing informal care to her parents in the United States. Her benefit stops when she goes abroad. The Board considers its complaint inadmissible, because there is no relationship with her origin.
