The Netherlands Institute for Human Rights rules on a complaint by a Dutch woman against the municipality of Haarlemmermeer (the town hall is in Hoofddorp). She was looking for a home and only received an urgent declaration after a long wait. However, that did not give her a home yet, because she turned down some options. She complains to the College about that permit holders (these are refugees with a residence status) be helped by the municipality. The Institute determines that there is no discrimination based on origin. The Dutch are not particularly affected by the municipality's obligation to accommodate permit holders.
