In Tilburg makes a man guilty of the crimes “verbal threat” and group insult. The group insult directed against people of Arab, Turkish, Moroccan and Sudanese origin, because of their race, religion or belief. The man says: “Black monkey that you are, Go back to your country”, “Muslims should return to the IS” en “All Black must return to Africa”.
