Judgment of the Court in Den Haag on complaints of Federated Jewish Netherlands on a football match between ADO Den Haag and Ajax in March 2011. Then there were anti-Semitic slogans after the match in the home supporters called ADO. The Prosecution did not matter here and the Jewish federation was disagreed. The Court rejects the complaint to make some procedural reasons. Also let the judges weigh that they did not want to offend the Jewish community, but Ajax. Furthermore, a defendant's already considerable financial penalties.
