The court in Den Haag pronounces on a Surinamese student who could not finish his MBO study banking because he no placement might run. The judge says that young people who have no residence permit are equally right to education and should not be denied an internship. This ruling is a setback for VVD-Minister Henk Kamp who wants illegal immigrants in any way to work. He then goes on appeal.
