The mayor of Enschede canceled a meeting planned for today about the establishment of an AZC, after intimidation and threats. The police have insufficient means to guarantee public order and safety. The mayor states that polarization is increasing and the tone is becoming extremely unpleasant. At the meeting, local residents and those involved should have been given an explanation about the reception.
