A decision of the Board for the Protection of Human Rights in a case of a Polish man who lives in the Netherlands and works. End of May 2015 renting a trailer was denied to him by a rental of Spijkenisse. The landlord insisted on seeing a Dutch driving license and was not satisfied with the Polish driving license. The company will thus reduce business risk and through the Citizen Service Number on the Dutch license tenants can trace. The Board proposes that the rental company did not consider whether there were alternatives available to the leased trailers disappeared back to find. The Board therefore considers that the company discriminated against the man on grounds of nationality.
