In a two-year period, which runs from 1 January 2016 tot 19 January 2018, attacks an elderly woman Meppel the family she lives next to. The neighbors form a mixed family with a Dutch and North African background. The elderly woman destroys a downspout, threatens to hit one of the neighbors with a boulder and throws all kinds of junk, food products, boulders and thumbtacks over the fence. She says to the child: ‘Your parents are murderers ", "I know people who are going to kill your mom and dad and then you will be left alone", "The child police come to get you’ en ‘You must get out, you don't belong here. Go back to your own country, bad daughter'. The woman frightens the family a lot of fear and dread and in September 2019 follows a criminal case.
