Who visits the website of the 'Hart voor Eigen Volk' foundation (HEV) views, initially notices little of the extreme right-wing character of the charity foundation. A large red heart decorates the site, albeit with an algiz rune. Sponsors, such as Albert Heijn in Honselersdijk, give the organization a bona fide image. But behind this facade lies right-wing extremism Outpost.
With the slogan 'Heart for Own People', Outpost seems to have started a kind of charm offensive. The foundation's statutes show that they want to support the 'less financially well-off people living in the Netherlands' by distributing food parcels around the holidays.. In the beginning, all kinds of connections were made on Facebook between refugees and poverty, Nowadays the foundation follows a more neutral course, but as the name also shows, the emphasis is still on its own population.

Population
“We at Voorpost do not forget our own people!” could be read on the old HVEV Facebook page. But who are these 'own people'? To get an idea of this, it is good to name some themes of Outpost demonstrations. This shows that 'our own people' refers to the authentic white native population. Florens van der Kooi , founder and chairman since its inception 2019, is action leader of Voorpost Nederland and in that position he is involved in various anti-population actions. In short, the theory of repopulation comes down to a conscious strategy of an elite that wants to replace the native white population, mainly with people of color.. At the beginning of January '24, Van der Kooi demonstrated with some other Voorpost activists at a Van der Valk hotel in Volendam, where a certificate was presented to the owner as 'commoner of the year'. A similar demonstration took place in Antwerp in September '24, There, several right-wing extremists demonstrated against the population and advocated remigration. It was not clear who exactly wanted to remigrate, but most probably they mean all people who do not belong to the native population. Diana van Bekkum has been treasurer of HVEV since '22. In March '23 she was involved in an Outpost demonstration in Zwolle against the 'local people'. She also gave a reading, organized by Voorpost, by Filip de Winter about his new book 'Omvolking' in October 2023 not to be missed. Hans de Jonge is associated with the foundation as secretary and regularly participates in Voorpost activities.
Pro blank
Every year, around mid-December, volunteers from the Hart voor Eigen Volk foundation go to battle. Then they pack various Christmas packages at a location somewhere in the Netherlands. Various Outpost activists are present at the packing campaign, like Jan Baak, Reinout Eeckhout, Misha de Groot and Bernie Flapper. Baak and Eeckhout, together with Van der Kooi, took action against repopulation at the Van der Valk hotel in Volendam. In September, some HVEV packers will take part in the anti-population and remigration demonstration in Antwerp. Last December, Bram van de Kerk and Thomas Deveson also participated in the packing campaign. Both belong to the extreme right-wing organization The Geuzenbond which in terms of ideology is very close to Voorpost. The Geuzenbond also demonstrates against repopulation and also advocates remigration. When at the end a group photo is taken of all the packers, Deveson tries to make an 'It's okay to be white' symbol with his right hand.

Auxiliaries
The slogan 'Heart for Own People' does not suddenly appear out of the blue. Op 23 december 2017 the slogan appeared more or less for the first time during an Outpost campaign in Almelo. There are far-right activists with a tent and a banner, on which the slogan appears, at the town hall and they hand out chowder and endive stew on the roof- homeless. “In the Netherlands, two and a half million people live in poverty and there are as many as 60.000 people homeless. This is incomprehensible in a country where everyone is allowed and where everything is arranged. Our own people are literally left out in the cold”, according to the Voorpost press release. According to the organization, it is not the first action for their own people and certainly not the last. In december 2018 it will be continued and the Outpost activists will pack the first Christmas parcels. The YouTube video made of the packing campaign once again features a banner with the text 'A Heart for Own People'. Just under a year later, op 13 september 2019, the 'Hart voor Eigen Volk' foundation was founded by Voorpost. Two other Outpost activists sit on the board together with Florens van der Kooi. Even though it is an independent foundation, the organization 'Hart voor eigen Volk' falls fully under the structure of Voorpost. In addition to distributing Christmas packages in December, the foundation also has another goal in mind, namely to deploy emergency troops when emergencies occur. 'When nationalists have to contend with floods or fire, for example, Outpost will then send an emergency team with the necessary material to immediately help alleviate the first need.", said a statement on the organization's old Facebook page. Not much is heard from this branch. Op 19 november 2022 some Outpost activists from the Friesland circle clean the house of an Outpost member who has been ill for some time and no longer had the energy to maintain his house. “The Hart voor Eigen Volk Foundation paid for the cleaning tools and will provide some fresh food as soon as the gentleman comes home.”.
Support
The foundation's website proudly states that there are three sponsors who make the organization's work possible, but it is doubtful whether the sponsors provide structural help. Construction company Jos Vrolijk gave the foundation a one-off check in '23 200,- euro. The construction company stated in a written response that it knew nothing about the background, Only found out about it afterwards and completely distances himself from it. An attempt was made to contact the second sponsor, Verpakkingsindustrie Veenendaal BV, but that didn't work. It is unclear whether she sponsored the foundation on a one-off basis or on a structural basis. Albert Heijn in Honselersdijk has been on the HVEV sponsor list for some time. That case is still in September 510,50 euros donated to the foundation, money they receive through customers, who gave up their deposit, have raked together. Albert Heijn responded nationally by stating that each store can independently make decisions about which organizations it wants to support. The questions from customer service were forwarded to the Albert Heijn store in Honselersdijk, but he has not responded to date. The company SolarNRG in Poeldijk offered another form of help.

Last December, SolarNRG made their company hall available to the Front Posters of Hart voor Eigen Volk so that they could pack Christmas packages.. Owner Marco van Veen was a candidate for the LPF Westland in '22, a 'right-wing and honest' party. He is also chairman of the Boeren- and Gardeners' Movement Westland. SolarNRG did not respond to written questions.
Own people
'Hart voor eigen Volk' was founded to support our own population. Considering the background of the actions that Voorpost has carried out, the essence is literally the Dutch white people. It could be a charity organization, but it remains a foundation of, for and by right-wing extremists.
