Why the PVV threatens the democratic stateThe PVV is a threat to the democratic constitutional state. From a legal analysis of their proposals shows that they are often in conflict with the principles that form the core of today's law. Wilders' ideal state turns from a legal perspective Suspected show many similarities with the rule of Iran, but - obviously – without Islam and without physical violence. The Party for Freedom makes a number of statements by its name therefore no honor. Our freedom, also the fact that the PVV can exist, is possible thanks to the relatively marginal restrictions imposed on the rights in the Dutch democracy. By stretching even those marginal limits the PVV ultimately curtails the freedom of the citizens that the party itself as of paramount importance seems to contribute.
