Around Wilders
Portrait of the PVVThe Freedom Party is not to imagine the Dutch politics. At the same time, it is a grouping mysterious, where numerous journalists and researchers so far could not get a grip. First Koen Vossen managed the mechanisms of and behind the PVV expose leggen. In 2006 PVV came with nine seats in parliament. It was the beginning of a march that culminated in an as yet 2010, when the party with 24 seats was the third party in the Netherlands, after which they got great influence as tolerated party minority government on government policy. After the fall of the government decreased both the power and the supporters of the Freedom Party, but the party is far from disappeared from view.
With the rapidly growing influence of the Freedom Party raised more and more questions about the party. By which ideas the party is guided? Is the PVV populist or even extreme right or does it just right in a way that we do not know in Netherlands? And what does the organization of the 'free members' PVV out? Geert Wilders really all in control? How many people are in one way or another active for the party? In, hardly less relevant, What about the financing of the PVV? Thanks Koen Vossen these and other questions for the first time unequivocally answered.

Dangerous women
In war and terrorism think people do not immediately women. Women are already since long been involved in violent movements. Equally important for the radicalization of women is the way it is perceived by them, by the media and by the counterterrorism. That almost always accompanied by huge stereotyping. In Dangerous women Beatrice de Graaf makes reference to ten portraits show how female militants be put down and what it does to them. According to the Count's Beate Zschäpe of ten women portrayed ones labeled 'dangerous woman' most worthy. As cruciaal lid van de National Socialist Underground (NSU) she was involved in ten murders, a series of bank robberies and attacks. Earl reconstructed her radicalization already, put the blunders of the German security services in a row and interviewed several government officials who now exercise control over the prosecution of Zschäpe, whose process in 2013 will begin.

Wilders a fascist?
It is a recurring question in public debate: how his PVV leader Geert Wilders and his party or not fascist? Wilders a fascist? concerns the contents of this comparison,.
A versatile and erudite company of prominent Dutch, including comedian Herman's Hermits, crime journalist Peter R. de Vries and former minister Ella Vogelaar, compared Wilders and his movement NSB or labeled the Freedom Party and its leader bluntly as fascist. Former Prime Minister Ruud Lubbers declared last year that the comparison between the PVV and fascism should be able to. He thought that in a time of right policies and bold statements best tegengas should be given.
But what is fascism? The debate on Wilders shows that there is still a lot of misunderstanding and ignorance as to the meaning of fascism. To answer the question whether Wilders a fascist, should therefore first be clear what exactly is fascism. In this book to Garner, author of "The NSB - the origin and rise of the National Socialist Movement, 1931-1935’, among others, the intellectual roots and ideological characteristics of fascism. It provides a fascinating historical excursion. The author answers with them, the question of whether Wilders a fascist. Boom Publishers. € 15
