2.3.1 Extreme right

The first quarter of 1992 showed a series of acts of violence against foreigners, abuse to attacks involving improvised explosive device of minor strength, preceded by a warning. Most likely, the perpetrators acted individually whether they were part of small groups into an opportunity composition. The BVD has no evidence that the violence was politically inspired or organized. In any case, it was no question at the inhabitant of The Hague, who have known several bombings perpetrated.
