Forza .'s attempt!-founder Paul Meijer to reclaim the gavel of the political association through the court has failed. Meijer hoped to prove by means of summary proceedings that he recently became 'the one and only chairman'’ has been appointed, but according to the judge 'his own actions'’ since 2014 ensured that that appointment is legally untenable.
The fraction of Forza! Haarlemmermeer has disintegrated now that founder Paul Meijer is suspected of malpractice. The fraction budget would have been used for groceries, among other things, car repairs and a season ticket for Ajax.
Two Forza faction members, the largest opposition party in Haarlemmermeer, plagued by internal conflict (five seats), have given their views on the matter in an open letter.
