Foundation affiliated with VNL recruited donors to receive EU funding
To claim 730.000 euro of EU funding, recruited a foundation which party was in VNL donors by promising to repay their gift in the form of contracts or donations.

There are indications that the Dutch campaign No level for the referendum on the European Association Agreement with Ukraine was financed with money from the European Parliament. The legislation, however, prohibits foundations use such subsidies to campaigns for elections or referenda. The European Parliament is now investigating whether there is abuse.
